基于硬质合金开孔器对碳纤维复合材料的制孔 被引量:2

摘要 为更好地避免碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)的制孔缺陷,选择硬质合金开孔器制孔,在相同工艺参数下对2种刀具制孔过程中的轴向力大小以及制成孔的出口质量进行对比分析,讨论制孔加工过程中的受力情况.试验结果和分析表明:在主轴转速为5 000 r/min、进给速率为150 mm/min时,硬质合金开孔器加工的孔出口处质量较平整,几乎没有撕裂出现,而钎焊金刚石套料钻加工的孔出口处有些许撕裂,而且对比前者,其崩边缺陷较为严重,崩边因子为0.10.同等条件下,硬质合金开孔器制成孔的孔壁粗糙度为0.213,钎焊金刚石套料钻制成孔的孔壁粗糙度则为0.621,较粗糙,所以选择硬质合金开孔器对碳纤维复合材料制孔更优. In order to avoid the hole defects of CFRP, the carbide hole opener was chosen. Under the same process parameters, the axial force and the quality of the outlet of two kinds of cutting tools were analyzed comparatively and the force in the process of drilling hole was discussed. The test results show that it is better to choose carbide hole opener to make hole of CFRP. Both the test and analysis show that: when the spindle speed is 5 000 r/min, and the feed rate is 150 mm/min, the quality of the outlet hole is relatively smooth with the carbide hole opener and there is almost no tear to appear. However, there is a little tear at the hole exit with the Brazed Diamond Core drill. Its collapse defect is more serious and the edge collapse factor is 0.10, compared with the former. At this time, compared with the hole wall roughness of 0.213 with the carbide hole opener, the hole wall roughness with the brazed diamond core drill is 0.621, which is coarser. Therefore the choice of hole making of CFRP with carbide hole opener is better.
