PRD Generation of Migrant Workers Reflux Decision and its Influencing Factors:Based on the Investigation of Six Cities in the Pearl River Delta

文章以"珠三角新生代农民工回流影响因素分析"为题进行研究,通过派发问卷的实证调查形式,进行数据统计和分析,建立Logistic二元回归分析模型,定量分析影响民工回流的个人工作生活等因素,探析这一社会现象蕴涵的战略意义,为回流地政府和城市决策提供针对劳动力回流问题有说服力的政策建议。并基于分析,文章从城市和农村两个视角提出建议。

in this paper, ＂ the influence factor analysis of the new generation of migrant workers in thePearl River Delta＂ is studied.Through the distribution of empirical investigation form, data statistics and analy-sis, the establishment of Logistic two regression analysis model, quantitative analysis of the impact of migrant workers return of personal work and life and other factors.To explore the strategic significance of this social phe- nomenon, and to provide suggestions for the government to return to the city and to provide the policy sugges-tion for the problem of labor return. And based on the analysis, the paper puts forward suggestions from two perspectives of urban and rural areas.
