Capital Technicalization:The Research on the Formation of the Technology Capital

技术向资本的转化包括两条并行的环节,一是技术资本化环节;二是资本技术化环节。具体来说,资本技术化包括金融资本技术化、人力资本技术化、社会资本技术化等过程。以资本技术化的内涵出发,分析了资本技术化的机制。研究表明,在资本技术化的过程中,政府需要发挥如下作用:首先是构建完善的金融体系,其次是加大力度培养技术型人才,第三是建立社会资本的统筹整合机制。

The transformation from technology to capital includes two parallel steps ： one is the technology capitalization; the other is the capital technicalization. Specifically, capital technicalization includes the processes of financial capital technicalization, human capital technicalization, social capital technicalization. In the process of capital technicalization transformation, government needs to play the following functions： firstly to build a sound financial system, and to increase the intensity of training of technical personnel, lastly to establish a co-ordination and integration mechanism of social capital.
