摘要
本研究采用综合幸福问卷(MHQ-50)调查了东莞市1155名制造业外来工的心理幸福感和主观幸福感,结果显示,这些外来工的主观幸福和心理幸福程度均为中等,女性比男性外来工的主观幸福感高,已婚比未婚外来工的主观幸福感和心理幸福感高。
This study investigates the sense of happiness among manufacturing migrant workers and provides improvement references for government. A total of 1155 manufacturing migrant workers randomly selected are tested with the Multiple Happiness Questionnaire（ MHQ-50）. The results show that the subjective well-being and psychological well-being of migrant workers in Dongguan are medium; female migrant workers have a higher score than male on subjective Well-being; Compared with the unmarried,married migrant workers get a higher score on Subjective Well-being and Psychological Well-being.
