东莞理工学院党委在高水平理工科大学建设中的作用探析

Research on the Role of Party Committee of Dongguan University of Technology in the Construction of High Level University of Science and Technology

面对新的历史机遇和挑战,东莞理工学院党委充分发挥领导核心作用,把握发展方向,决定重大问题,推动工作落实,支持校长依法行使职权,确保高水平理工科大学建设顺利起步、快速推进,在学科建设、人才培养、科技创新服务等方面取得阶段性成效,形成良好的发展态势。

In recent years, social work assessment service has attracted much attention due to its role in promoting the pro-ject communication and enhancing the qual ity of service. Through case interview to col lect data, this paper studies the situation of the social service project of Guangzhou L institutions, and finds that the social work assessment mechanism in Guangzhou has the fol lowing difficulties： evaluation subject is l iable to be affected by the values of cl ients, buyers, and evaluators; Evaluation in d ica -tors are inappl icable and difficult to operate, showed as weighting management and lighting service ; assessment effects are not obvi-ous ;validity and reliability of evaluation is not high. On this basis, the paper proposes some countermeasures in order to promote the scientific and professional evaluation mechanism in Guangzhou.
