摘要
本研究探索英语专业学生的英语自主学习观念及不同英语水平的学生在英语自主学习观念上所体现出的差异。215名英语专业学生参加了实验。研究发现,英语专业学生的英语自主学习观念包含自我效能评估、元认知策略、负面情绪、学习动机、内外部归因、学习策略和学习责任归属这七个因子。不同英语水平的学生只在学习动机和学习策略这两方面存在显著性差异。因此,对英语专业学生的英语教学,教师应帮助学生培养自己对所学专业的热爱,并对学生进行学习策略的训练,使学生树立起积极乐观的学习观念。
This study explores the English majors' beliefs about learner autonomy and the differences among students of different language proficiency. 215 English majors participate in the study. The results reveal that English majors' beliefs about learner autonomy are composed of 7 factors which include self efficacy,metacognitive strategy,negative emotions,learning motivation,internal and external attribution,learning strategies and learning responsibility. The aspects of learning motivation and learning strategies show significant differences among students. It requires teachers' effort in helping English majors to cultivate their love for their major,and training them for learning strategies usage to build up positive beliefs about learner autonomy.
