移相串联谐振高压电容器充电电源谐振参数设计方法及其电流控制策略 被引量:22

摘要 针对基于移相串联谐振全桥变换器(PS-SRC)的高压电容器充电电源,提出了谐振参数设计方法和充电电流模糊控制的策略。为了克服串联谐振高压电容器充电电源工作在欠谐振电流断续模式的缺点,通过移相控制使其工作在过谐振电流连续模式下。分析了PS-SRC三种工作模式的特点,推导了其边界条件,基于数值求解方法,对适用于高压电容器充电的工作模式进行了深入的分析,并根据高压电容器充电电源的应用要求,提出了谐振参数设计方法。针对PS-SRC精确数学模型难以推导的情况,提出了采用模糊控制的充电电流控制方案,给出了主要设计方法。最后,通过实验验证了谐振参数设计方法的正确性以及模糊控制实现恒流充电的可行性。 This paper proposes a resonant parameter design method and fuzzy control strategy for the charging current of high-voltage capacitor charging power supply, based on the phase-shifted series resonant converter (PS-SRC). Phase-shifted modulation scheme is employed to run the series resonant high-voltage capacitor charging power supply under over-resonance and continuous current modes. The electric characteristics and boundary conditions of three PS-SRC operation modes are analyzed and derived. And then, the operation mode is analyzed in detail by the numerical method, which is suitable for capacitor charging application. To meet the application requirements of high-voltage capacitor charging power supply, the design method of resonant parameters is proposed. Moreover, because it is hard to derive the precise mathematical model of PS-SRC, fuzzy control strategy of charging current is proposed, and the design method of fuzzy controller is presented. Finally, the experimental results verify the validity and feasibility of the resonant parameter design method and the charging current control strategy.
