摘要
通过分析忻州市雨水内涝的成因,制定了城市防涝设施建设标准,并从源头控制、中间蓄滞、城市涝水行泄通道、雨水排出口改造等方面,阐述了防涝设施规划建设方案,以有效防治城市内涝灾害的发生。
Through the analysis on the causes of Xinzhou rain water logging,formulated the urban water logging prevention facilities construction standards,from the source control,detention,urban flood water discharge channel,rainwater discharge mouth reconstruction and other aspects,elaborated the water logging facilities planning and construction program,to effective prevention and control of urban water logging disasters.
