摘要
分析了固定总价模式下,工程量清单与招标图纸产生差异的类型,探讨了各类差异的法律风险责任,并通过实际案例,对清单与招标图纸存在差异引发的结算争议问题提出了处理方法。
This paper analyzed the types of bill of quantities and bidding drawings difference under fixed price model,discussed the legal responsibility of different kinds of risks,and through the actual case,put forward the treatment method of settlement disputes caused by list and bidding drawings difference.
