摘要
从前期准备、设计、施工三方面,简单介绍了房地产工程管理体系,结合工程案例,阐述了通过专业咨询解决房地产工程管理体系中常见专业问题的措施,指出专业咨询在房地产工程管理中的应用有利于提高经济效益,实现节能减排的目标。
From the preparation,design,construction three aspects,this paper briefly introduced the real estate engineering management system,combining with the engineering case,elaborated the measures of common professional issues through professional consultation solved real estate engineering management system,pointed out that application of professional consultation in real estate engineering management improved the economic benefits,realized the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
