摘要
人力资源管理课程教学改革中引入任务驱动教学模式,可以起到提高学生动手能力和推动实践改革的目的。介绍人力资源管理的特点和引入必要性,探讨任务驱动在人力资源管理课程教学中的三级应用,对应用效果进行评价。
In the reform of human resources management courseteaching, the introduction of task driven teaching mode can improvestudents' practical ability and practical reform. This paper brieflyintroduces the characteristics of human resource management andthe introduction of necessity, and then focuses on the task driventhree-tier application in teaching the course of human resource management,and finally estimates the effect of the application of theevaluation.
