摘要
高校基层行政人员绩效考核存在缺乏明确的指导思想、考核体系不完整、方案针对性不强等问题,以关键绩效指标为突破口,对高校基层行政人员绩效考评体系从工作分析、指标设定、考核实施和考核结果运用及跟踪监督等方面拟定框架,建立基于KPI理论背景的高校基层行政人员绩效考评体系。
The current performance evaluation on grassroots administration staff in colleges embodies obvious shortcomings, such as vague guidelines, uncompleted evaluation system and ambiguous files. This article discusses that the framework is based on the key performance evaluation index, work analysis, index setting, evaluation implement and result as well as tracking supervision before the establishment of a new performance evaluation system on grassroots administration staff in colleges comes into being.
