摘要
大学毕业生的就业问题已成为高校工作的重点之一,而思政教育工作的目的是帮助大学生成长与成才。在高校思政教育中引入就业指导教育,既是解决当前大学生就业问题的现实所需,也是提高思政教育实效性、顺应现代社会发展对人才要求的必然选择。
The employment problem of college graduates has become one of the most important work in colleges, while the goal of ideological and political education is to help college students, growth and success. Therefore, employment guidance in ideological and political education is not only the reality needs of the current employment but also the inevitable choice to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and it also complies with the development of modern society for talents, requirement.
