摘要
从社会性背景和文化认知上界定,认为社会性弱势群体是指社会在发展变革中自身掌握的文化知识与从事行业或者个人发展要求不相适应而形成的群体。分析了社会性弱势群体接受科技知识的途径,即内外因素相互作用共同影响其接受知识的效果,其中内部因素起主要作用,针对该群体的心理特点提出如何激发其动机来接受文化知识的措施。
This article based on the social background and cultural awareness defines that social vulnerable groups are a group of people whose acquired knowledge can't meet the needs of their jobs or personal goals as the development of the society. It also discusses their ways to receive the knowledge which can be affected by the internal and external factors, and concludes the internal ones play a vital role. The suggestion on h How to stimulate them to learn knowledge is put forward in the paper.
