发电储能接电一体的热电池激活装置 被引量:2

摘要 针对双磁钢单绕组磁电机不能激活使用较钝感电火工品热电池的问题,设计了发电储能接电一体的双绕组热电池激活装置.该装置为双绕组的双磁钢磁电机,通过储能电容器对所发电能存储,并利用磁电机磁芯部件的惯性运动接电.实验室静态和靶场动态试验结果表明,该激活装置能可靠激活热电池内阻2-4Ω的电火工品. Aiming at the problem that the relatively insensitive electric explosive devices (EED) in thermal bat-tery could not be activated by the magnetic generator of dual-magnet and single-winding, a device block with du-al-windings combined of generator, power storage circuit and contact swith was designed. This device contained a dual-magnet dual-windings magnetic generator, electric power in capacitor, the contact swith by inertial move-ment of magnetic generator's component. Static test in laboratory and shoot test results showed that the activa-tion device could activate the EED with internal resistance 2-4 ohm in thermal battery.
