生涯发展理论下现代高职院校职业指导工作的创新性研究

Innovative Research of Employment Guidance in Modern Higher Vocational Colleges on the Theory of Career Development

通过分析在新的就业形势中,新的历史使命下,高职院校职业指导工作的必然发展趋势,尝试性将生涯发展理论融入职业指导工作,研究学生生涯发展理论对高职职业指导工作的影响,探索学生生涯发展理论下开展高职院校职业指导工作的有效途径和方法,并在实际的教学中进行了初步实践,提出在重构职业指导工作理念、完善职业指导组织体系、打造职业指导工作团队、提升职业指导教学水平和建立导师制职业指导工作运行机制等方面的一些创新性建议。

This paper analyzes the new employment situation in the new historical mission,the inevitable development trend of higher vocational colleges vocational guidance. Career development theory tries to integrate vocational guidance,career development theory of students for professional guidance work influence,explore effective ways and means to carry out the student career development. In the actual teaching practice in a preliminary,this paper puts forward in the reconstruction work ethic vocational guidance,vocational guidance to improve the organizational system,builds vocational guidance team to improve teaching and vocational guidance,and establishes some innovative proposals tutorial vocational guidance and other aspects of the operation system.
