大学生“中国英语”运用能力问题分析与文化策略研究

A Problem Analysis and Cultural Strategy Study in the Use of China English by College Students

中国英语是具有中国文化特色而又符合规范的英文表达,它在传播中国特有事物和中外跨文化交际活动中起着关键性的作用。笔者针对理工类非英语专业本科学生的中国英语运用情况进行了调查,发现学生的确在相当程度上存在"中国文化失语"现象。为此,本文重点分析了大学生在中国英语运用方面存在的问题并对教育者在教材、课堂设计、课外资源和测试等方面可采取的文化策略进行了探讨和研究。

China English is a kind of normative English expression with Chinese cultural features. It plays a critical role in conveying unique matters of China and in cross-cultural communications.The author conducted a survey of the use of China English by science and engineering college students,discovering that the phenomenon of＂Chinese Culture Aphasia＂really exists among college students to a great extent.Therefore,this article mainly aims at analyzing the problems in the use of China English by college students and studying the cultural strategies that can be adopted by educators in the aspects of teaching materials,class designing,extracurricular resources,and tests.
