口语输出对语言习得的促进作用

The Role of Oral Output in Promoting Linguistic Acquisition

摘要 可理解性输出假设是由Swain在1985年提出来的,认为语言输出能够帮助二语习得者意识到自身语言的问题,促进学习者从交流者那里取得直接的反馈,从而检验自身语言习得的正确性,反思自身目标语的使用方法。大量的实证研究都从不同的角度检验了可理解性输出假设的三个功能:注意触发功能、假设验证功能以及元语言功能。本研究通过调查研究发现口语输出能够引起二语习得者的注意,并且能使学习者在验证过程中发现问题并且解决问题,数据分析证明口语输出能够提高二语习得者语言形式使用的准确性。 The Comprehensible Output Hypothesis,proposed by Swain( 1985),claims that producing target language enables the ESL learners to notice the linguistic gaps in their existing interlanguage knowledge,to test their hypothesis about the target language based on the positive and negative feedback from their interlocutors,and to reflect upon their target language use. Many empirical studies have been carried out to test the three major functions of the Comprehensible Output Hypothesis: noticing function,hypothesis-testing function and metalinguistic function.Through study,this paper points out the Chinese EFL learners can notice their linguistic problems and solve them in oral output,and it can also promote learners' accurate use of linguistic form.
