Psychological Contract: A New Perspective of College Student Management

高校学生管理的目的是通过对学生的管理来使学生得到更多的发展机会,创造更多的发展的可能性,为学生发展自我、创造自我、实现自我创造条件,使其成为可以全面发展的人,然而学生管理工作如果仅仅依靠各种管理制度的硬性实施,无法达到良好的教育效果,因此有必要以心理契约管理理念为视角,采取更加人性化,更容易被接受的管理方法。

College student management aims at providing students with more opportunities and possibilities and creating better conditions for their self-improvement,self-creation,and self-fulfillment and making them the students of all-round development.However,a good education cannot be achieved if we continue to rely simply on forced regulation in student management.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a more humanized and more acceptable management from the perspective of ＂psychological contract＂.
