大众创业万众创新背景下大学生“微创业”实证研究

An Empirical Study of College Students' Micro-Entrepreneurship in the Context of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation

大众创业万众创新的时代背景下,大学生"微创业"热逐渐升温。为探究大学生"微创业"心理和行为状况,本研究编制具有良好信效度的大学生"微创业"心理和行为状况的调查问卷,随机抽取福建地区400名高校大学生进行施测。结果表明,当前高校大学生"微创业"情况不容乐观。针对这种情况,本研究认为应从政府、学校和大学生三个层面加强微创业教育和引导,树立大学生微创业意识,提升大学生微创业能力,落实大学生微创业行动,实现大学生的创业梦想。

In the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,college students have been paying an increasing amount of attention to micro-entrepreneurship.To explore college students＇ mentality and behavior in micro-entrepreneurship,this study carried out a survey for 400 college students in Fujian area by using a questionnaire which is of high reliability and validity. The current situation of college students ＇ microentrepreneurship is not optimistic; the study suggests that it ＇ s necessary to strengthen guidance for microentrepreneurship from government,schools and students themselves and to help the college students establish entrepreneurial awareness and enhance the entrepreneurial skills for implementing the entrepreneurial action so that they can make their entrepreneurial dreams come true.
