锁定钢板治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect by locking plate in the treatment of complicated tibial plateau fracture

目的探讨锁定钢板治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法 84例复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组实施双切口钢板内固定治疗,观察组接受锁定钢板内固定治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果两组手术时间[(89.5±19.6)min VS(92.3±24.5)min]、术中出血量[(263.8±43.7)ml VS(268.4±46.3)ml]、住院时间[(4.3±2.0)d VS(4.7±2.3)d]、骨折愈合时间[(7.6±1.9)个月VS(7.8±2.1)个月]、术后膝关节功能评分[88.10%VS 92.86%]比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折疗效与双切口钢板内固定相当,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect by locking plate in the treatment of complicated tibial plateau fracture. Methods A total of 84 patients with complicated tibial plateau fracture were divided by random number table into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received double-incision plate internal fixation for treatment, and the observation group received locking plate internal fixation. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference of operation time [（89.5±19.6） min VS（92.3±24.5） min], intraoperative bleeding volume [（263.8±43.7） ml VS（268.4±46.3） ml], hospital stay time [（4.3±2.0） d VS（4.7±2.3） d], fracture healing time [（7.6±1.9） months VS（7.8±2.1） months] and postoperative knee joint function score（88.10% VS 92.86%） between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Locking plate internal fixation provides similar curative effect in treating complicated tibial plateau fracture as double-incision plate internal fixation, and this method is worth clinical promotion and application.
