冠心病患者PCI术后支架内再狭窄与基质金属蛋白酶9的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后支架内再狭窄与基质金属蛋白酶9的关系。方法 114例PCI术后并自愿随访冠状动脉造影的冠心病患者,将其按照冠状动脉造影复查结果分为A组(支架内再狭窄,32例)与B组(非支架内再狭窄,82例)。同期68例到本院体检的健康者为C组。对比三组血清基质金属蛋白酶9浓度变化情况。结果 A组基质金属蛋白酶9浓度(353.5±95.5)ng/L明显高于B组(244.6±87.8)ng/L、C组(200.9±80.6)ng/L,B组基质金属蛋白酶9浓度明显高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病患者PCI术后支架内再狭窄的发生中,血清基质金属蛋白酶9发挥着重要的作用,可作为判断再狭窄的重要指标应用于临床。
