一种圆管型永磁直线电势发生器的设计

摘要 通过分析直线直流电势发生器的原理,利用汽车振动能量回收的减振器的内部空间,设计安装了一种圆管型永磁直线电势发生器装置,直线电势发生器电势的产生来自于圆管型直线发电机。仿真分析表明该装置为汽车新能源的发展提供了一个有效直流电源,解决了蓄电池延长续航能力的问题,同时制造出了样机,在奇瑞轿车上安装并满足了使用要求。 Through analyzing the principle of linear dc power generator, a pipe type permanent magnet linear potentialgenerator unit was designed and installed, using the internal space of the shock absorber of automobile vibration energy recovery.Linear potential generator voltage generated from the circular tube type linear generator, the simulation analysisshows that the device provides an effective dc power supply for the new energy vehicles' development, solving the problemof the battery to extend battery life. A prototype was created, and was installed in a Chery car, satisfying the requirementsin the use for cars.
