两自由度直驱感应电机静态耦合效应分析

摘要 针对一种新型两自由度直驱感应电机存在的静态耦合效应,采用3D有限元法分析直线定子供电、气隙厚度、铜层厚度等对静态耦合效应的影响。建立3D有限元耦合模型,分析静态耦合效应在旋转定子中产生的感应电流及在动子上产生的感应转矩,结果表明:恒压频比条件下,静态耦合效应随着直线定子电源频率增加而增强;随着气隙厚度的增大而增强,随着铜层厚度的增大而减弱,对两自由度直驱感应电机的优化设计及进一步研究具有一定的参考价值。 The static coupling effect of a new 2 -degree-of-freedom direct drive induction motor (2DOFDDIM) waspresented. The 3D finite element method (FEM) was applied to analyze the influences of linear power, thickness of airgapand copper. The 3D finite element coupling effect model was established to research the induced current in rotary statorand induced torque. It can be concluded that the static coupling effect enhances with the increase of linear power frequencyand the thickness of air-gap but decrease of the thickness of copper, which is useful in the further research in optimizationdesign of 2DOFDDIM.
