摘要
为了提高异步电机软起动的起动转矩和降低起动电流,提出了从二分频到工频起动的软起动方法。在此理论基础下,利用MATLAB的Simulink仿真功能,搭建了异步电机分级变频控制的软起动系统的仿真模型。仿真结果验证了该控制方法在降低电机的起动电流的同时,还可以提高起动转矩的可行性,并通过实验验证了其可靠性。
In order to improve the starting torque and reduce the starting current of the asynchronous motor, a softstarting method was proposed from the divided frequency to power frequency. On the basis of this theory, using the simulationfunction of MATLAB Simulink, a simulation model of asynchronous motor soft start system of discrete frequency controlwas set up. The simulation results show that this control method reduces the motor starting current and also can improve thefeasibility of starting torque at the same time, and its reliability is verified by experiment.
