摘要 针对开关磁阻电机设计了一套电机性能测试平台,对电流、电压、转速、扭矩、温度等数据进行采集、显示及分析。硬件方面通过电压、电流、温度传感器采集数据,设计了相应的放大、隔离调理电路,选用了NI的PCI-6220型数据采集卡。软件方面通过LabVIEW编程设计,对采集的信号进行滤波、变换、分析、显示及通信。经实际测试,该测试平台能准确显示出开关磁阻电机运行状态下的各项参数、动态波形,为分析电机性能、运行特性提供了依据。 A set of motor performance testing platform was designed for switched reluctance motor. The data of current,voltage, rotational speed,torque, temperature and so on were collected, displayed and analyzed. In the aspect of hardware, the data was collected by voltage, current and temperature sensor, and the corresponding amplification and isolationcircuit was designed. PCI-6220 data acquisition card of NI was chosen. In the aspect of software, LabVIEW was used to achievefiltering,transformation,analysis, display and communication of the signals. By the actual test, the test platformcan accurately show the parameters and dynamic waveform of the switched reluctance motor running state, which provides abasis for the analysis of motor performance and operating characteristics.
