摘要
在设计微特电机控制器时,常常通过检测采样电流的方法来实现对电机和控制器的保护。在电流采样中,康铜丝因其较低的电阻温度系数和较宽的温度范围得到了广泛应用。文章对电路板铺铜电阻进行了研究,采用了一种基于温度补偿的PCB铜箔电压法进行电机电流采样,并通过实验证明了该方法对小功率电机控制器的有效性。
In the design of micromotor controller, the protection of the micromotor and the controller is u su ally realized by the d etection of sampling current. In current sampling , constantan wire is widely used because of its low temperature coefficient of resistance and wide temperature range. After studying the copper resistance of the circuit board, the voltagem ethod of PCB copper foil was proposed to carry out the motor current sampling , which was based on temperature com pensation.Th e exp erim ental results show that the proposed m ethod is effective for the controller of sm all power motors.
