Study on Mechanical Properties of Welding Joints of 15MnNiNbDR Steel Plate at Valin Xianggang(Part 1)

湘钢通过15MnNiNbDR钢板焊接工艺试验,对焊态焊接接头进行系列力学性能检验及金相组织观察、分析和研究。结果表明:湘钢生产的15MnNiNbDR钢板在实际施焊条件下的焊接接头焊态性能优良,低温冲击韧性良好,为应力消除热处理提供了较好的基础。

Based on welding process test of 15MnNiNbDR steel plate in Xianggang, the article describes the observation,analysis and study on series mechanical tests and microstructure of welding joint in welded condition. Theresults show excellent mechanical properties and good impact toughness at low temperature for welding joint of 15MnNiNbDR steel plate produced by Xianggang in actual welded condition, which sets a solid foundation for stress reliefheat treatment.
