煤气热值仪在承钢1780mm热轧卷板生产线加热炉的应用

摘要 随着企业的发展,加热炉工序的节能降耗成为承钢技术攻关的重点。承钢通过在1 780 mm热轧卷板生产线的加热炉上成功应用混合煤气热值仪,掌握了煤气热值的波动规律,实现了实时优化调整空燃配比,从而降低钢坯氧化烧损,提高煤气利用率,达到了提升产品质量和节能降耗的双重目的,并在热值仪的运行中积累了设备使用和维护经验,继而总结出保证设备安全、稳定顺行的注意事项,可供热值仪的操作、维护人员参考借鉴。 With development of enterprises, saving energy and reducing consumption are the key issues of technologicalresearch in Chenggang9 reheating procedure of hot rolled coil production. On the basis of successful applicationof mixed gas calorimeter on the reheating furnace of 1 780 mm hot rolled coil production line, Chenggang seizes the variationlaw of gas calorific value, fulfills real - time optimized adjustment of air and fuel ratio so as to reduce the slabburning loss,improve gas utilization rate,thus achieving dual purpose of upgrading product quality and saving energy.The paper summarizes the experiences accumulated during operation and maintenance of calorimeter as well as the precautionsof safe and smooth operation for equipment.
