预烧粉相结构对Pb_(0.925)Ba_(0.075)Nb_2O_6-0.5%TiO_2压电陶瓷结构和电学性能的影响

摘要 为制备具有高密度、单一正交铁电相及优异压电性能的大尺寸(直径D=25mm,厚度d=3mm)PbNb2O6基压电陶瓷,研究了900℃预烧获得的三方相粉体(PBNT/R)和1 250℃预烧获得的正交相粉体(PBNT/O)对陶瓷晶体结构、微观形貌、介电及压电性能的影响。结果表明:正交相预烧粉体制备的陶瓷,显微结构较致密,其平均晶粒尺寸更小(11.9μm),同时表现出了较高的压电性能(d33=82pC/N),适用于高温压电传感器。 To obtain large-size(diameter=25 mm,thickness=3 mm)PbNb2O6-based ceramics with high density,single orthorhombic phase and improved piezoelectric properties,effects of powders calcined at 900 ℃ with rhombohedral phase(PBNT/R)and the ones calcined at 1 250 ℃ with orthorhombic phase(PBNT/O)on crystallite structure,microstructure,dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the ceramics were studied.Results showed that the ceramics fabricated from the calcined powders with the orthorhombic phase demonstrated the excellent piezoelectric properties(d_(33)=82pC/N)and fine microstructure(average grain size=11.9μm),it can be used as piezoelectric transducers operating at high temperature.
