数字学术信息资源安全保障的国家政策体系构建研究

A Study on Constructing National Policy System of Security Assurance of Digital Academic Information Resources

随着数字学术信息资源成为全世界知识、文化传播、利用、保存的主要形式,数字学术信息资源安全保障的国家政策成为重要的研究课题。文章从数字学术信息资源面临的安全风险入手,采用对比分析法研究了国内外数字学术信息资源安全保存的政策,并以此为鉴,提出了构建我国数字学术信息资源安全保障国家政策体系的框架。

As digital academic information resources has become the main form of knowledge culture communication, utilization and preservation worldwide, national policy of security assurance of digital academic information resources has become an important research topic. This article discusses the facing security risk of digital academic information resources, the domestic and foreign policy of security assurance of digital academic information resources by method of comparative analysis, and constructs its national policy system frame of China.
