摘要 锌浸出渣中银矿物的回收是一个难题,本文采用选冶相结合研究思路,通过工艺矿物学、浮选试验及腐蚀电化学研究,探讨了锌离子对银矿物浮选的抑制作用机理。在生产实践中改进设备及工艺,降低浮选溶液中锌离子浓度,银的回收率提高了10.33%,品位提高5 700 g/t。 The silver recovery from zinc leaching residues is a challenge, the research thought is combination of beneflciation and metallurgy ; based on the research had been carried out through process mineralogy, flotation test and corrosion electrochemistry study to discuss the inhibition mechanism of zinc ion to silver mineral flotation. The equipment and the process are improved in the production prac- tice, the zinc ion concentration is decreased in the flotation solution, the recovery rate of silver is increased to 10. 33%, and the grade is in- creased to 5700g/t.
