摘要
对低品位金矿石进行堆浸试验,考察氰化钠的浓度、矿石粒度和浸出时间等因素对金浸出率的影响。在pH值为10.5~12之间,喷淋流量为20 L/h,氰化钠的浓度为0.07%,矿石粒度为10~15 mm,浸出时间为10天,地表矿的浸出率为83.45%。地表矿浸出液中氧化钙加入量为1.5 kg/m^3,30 min可达到澄清效果。原生矿堆浸浸出率仅为7.4%,磨细焙烧处理后搅拌浸金浸出率最高为77.98%,说明原生矿不适合堆浸。
The low grade gold ore is tested by dump leaching; the effect of sodium cyandie concentration, the particle size of ore, the leaching time and the other factors on gold leaching efficiency is investigated. When the pH value is 10. 5 - 12, the spraying flow is 20L/h, the concentration of sodium cyandie is 0. 07%, the particle size of ore is 10 - 15mm, the leaching time is 10 days, the leaching effi- ciency of the earth surface is 83.45%. The addition amount of calcium oxide in the leaching liquor of surface mine is 1.5kg/m3 , the clarifi- cation effect can be reached after 30min. The leaching efficiency of primary ore dump leaching is only 7.4%, after grinding, roasting treat- ment and agitation, the leaching efficiency of gold leaching can up to 77.98%, and therefore, the dump leaching is unfit for the primary ore.
