云南省钛冶炼行业清洁生产标准体系研究与建设

The Study and Establishment on Cleaner Production Standard System of Titanium Smelting Industry in Yunnan Province

通过对云南省钛冶炼行业清洁生产标准体系的研究,形成了云南省钛冶炼行业清洁生产标准体系,标准体系包括钛冶炼污染防治实用技术指南和钛冶炼清洁生产审核指南两个地方标准。标准的形成为钛冶炼行业清洁生产的实施、审核和评估提供了法规依据,推动云南省钛冶炼行业清洁生产的发展,为我省的环境保护和可持续发展做出贡献。

The cleaner production standard system of Yunrmn titanium smelting industry is formed through the study on it, the standard system includes two local standards which are the practical technology guide of titanium smelting pollution prevention and the audi- ting guidelines for the cleaner production of titanium smelting. The formation of the standard supplies the legal basis to the implement, audit and assessment for the cleaner production of titanium smelting industry, which can promotes the development of the cleaner production of Yunnan titanium smelting industry, and can make contribution to the environmental protection and sustainable development of Yunnan prov- ince.
