融资约束下出口的技术溢出效应研究

Research on Exported Technology Spill-over Effect under Financing Environment

高交易成本与高生产率是企业选择出口面临的主要问题,而由此引发的融资约束可能影响企业的技术进步以及出口的技术溢出。本文运用省际面板数据实证研究发现出口存在正的技术溢出,不同的融资条件对技术进步的作用不同,但融资约束下出口对技术进步的促进作用不明显,表明目前我国金融体系对进一步扩大对外开放无法发挥应有作用,需要进一步完善金融体系和促进金融创新。

High transaction cost and high productivity are major problems in export for companies,which would lead to financing restriction that would makes a negative influence on technology improvement of companies and export technology spill- over. The paper,by a empirical research with the help of panel data of provinces,finds out that there exists positive technology spill- over in export,and different financing conditions would play different roles in technology improvement. But under financing restriction,export has little positive impact on technology improvement,which means that the development of Chinese financial system cannot make due contributions for opening- up and that financial system and financial innovation should be improved.
