福利经济学在打车软件补贴政策问题中的应用

摘要 "打车难"一直是民生热点问题。随着"互联网+"时代的到来,大量的打车软件依托互联网建立起来,其中最引人注目的是各打车软件公司打车补贴政策的推出。本文利用统计数据,通过建立并求解福利经济学模型,分析了不同时空出租车资源的供求匹配程度,从而发现在高峰期和城市中心地带的出租车资源匹配程度较低,以及在采用非参数假设检验后得出各公司推出的出租车补贴方案对缓解"打车难"都有帮助的结论。 The difficulty in taking a taxi is always a heated issue for public. With the coming of "Internet + "era,a large number of taxi apps have been popular based on Internet,and most remarkably,subsidy policy in taxi apps has been come forward. The article,with the help of statistics data and set- up of welfare economics model,makes an analysis on the matching degree of supply and demand of taxi resources in different time and places,finding out that in rush hour and urban center,the matching degree is low,and after non- parametric hypothesis test,makes an conclusion that subsidy policy in companies would release the difficulty in taking a taxi.
