不同附主栽植季节对活树附生栽培铁皮石斛生长影响的研究

The Effects of Different Living Host Trees and Seasons on the Growth of Dendrobium officinale

运用双因素随机区组设计,对活树附生栽培铁皮石斛的附主、栽植季节二个因素,采取方差分析和多重比较进行差异显著性检验。结果表明,不同附主对铁皮石斛的单丛鲜重有极显著影响,对萌芽数无显著影响;不同栽植季节对铁皮石斛的单丛鲜重、萌芽数有极显著差异影响。活树附生栽培铁皮石斛应选择杜英、桂花等阔叶树种于春、秋两季进行。

The effects of different living host trees and seasons on the growth of Dendrobium officinale were tested by using double factors randomized block design. The analysis of variance and multiple comparison analysis showed the effect of different host trees on fresh weight per clump was great significant difference, but on sprout number was not significant difference; the effects of different host trees on fresh the living host trees should choose the broad-leaved Spring and Autumn. weight per clump and sprout number were great significant difference; species such as Elaeocarpus decipiens and Osmanthus fragrans etc in
