主动脉夹层的基因遗传学研究进展

摘要 主动脉夹层(aonic dissection,AD)是一种高病死率及致残率的急性大血管疾病。目前认为,遗传性疾病、动脉壁的病理性改变、基质金属蛋白酶的改变、原发性高血压及炎症性疾病等为AD的可能致病因素,但其发病机制尚未完全清楚。随着分子生物学技术的发展,人们开始在基因及蛋白质水平探索AD的发病机制,并且取得了一些进展。现就AD发病机制的分子遗传学研究进展予以综述。
