冠状动脉支架内再狭窄研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 尽管药物洗脱支架(drug-eluting stents,DES)的使用显著减少了支架内再狭窄(in-stentrestenosis,ISR)发生率,但ISR仍然是介入医务人员面临的一个常见而重要的临床问题。本文对ISR窄的研究进展进行综述,包括机制、危险因素及防治措施,以期对支架内再狭窄患者的诊治提供有价值的临床参考及借鉴。
