腹主动脉瘤筛查仪与口袋式超声心动图在腹主动脉瘤早期筛查中的应用比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较新型便携式腹主动脉瘤(abdominal aortic aneurysms,AAA)筛查仪(AortaScan BVI 9700)及口袋超声心动图仪(GE V-scan)对AAA早期筛查的诊断准确性。方法 31例可疑动脉瘤性外周动脉硬化疾病患者于双盲条件下分别使用口袋式超声心动图仪和Aortascan BVI 9700对腹主动脉进行超声评估。全部患者经冠状动脉计算机断层扫描血管造影(computed tomography angiography,CTA)最终确诊。结果最终经CTA确诊AAA的有15例(48%),口袋超声检查发现14例(45%),AortaScan BVI 9700检测出16例(52%)。AortaScan BVI 9700灵敏度和特异度分别为100%、94%,口袋式超声心动图仪的灵敏度和特异度分别为93%、100%。结论 AortaScan BVI 9700和口袋式超声心动图仪诊断AAA各有各的优缺点,AortaScan BVI 9700可能更适用于医院外的AAA筛查。 Objectives To compare the diagnostic accuracy of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) by a new portable ultrasound scanner (AortaScan BVI 9700) and pocket-sized echocardiography (PECHO). Methods A total of 31 patients with presumed peripheral atherosclerotic aneurysmal disease were included in the study. Patients were scanned by AortaScan BVI 9700 and PECHO. Final diagnosis was conducted by computed tomography angiography (CTA). Results There were 15 (48%) patients detected as AAA by CTA, 14 (45%) by PECHO and 16 (52%) by AortaScan BVI 9700. The sensitivity and specificity of AortaScan BVI 9700 were 100% and 94% ; for PECHO, the sensitivity and specificity were 93% and 100%. Conclusions Both AortaScan BVI 9700 and PECHO have advantages in diagnosis of AAA, and AortaScan BVI 9700 can be better used for AAA screening outside hospitals.
