白蛾黑棒啮小蜂触角扫描电镜观察 被引量:11

摘要 利用扫描电镜观察白蛾黑棒啮小蜂(Tetrastichus septentrionalis Yang)触角感觉器类型、形态、数量和分布特点。结果表明白蛾黑棒啮小蜂触角由柄节、梗节和鞭节组成,雌虫鞭节7节,雄虫鞭节8节。雌雄蜂触角上存在以下7种感觉器:Bhm氏鬃毛、毛形感觉器Ⅰ和Ⅱ、刺形感觉器、板形感觉器Ⅰ和Ⅱ、乳头形感觉器Ⅰ和Ⅱ、腔锥形感觉器和指形感觉器。指形感觉器只见于雌虫。雌蜂触角感觉器数量、种类比雄蜂多,性二型现象明显。明确了白蛾黑棒啮小蜂触角超微结构,为寄生蜂寄生行为提供形态学依据。 The type, morphology, number and distribution of sensilla on antenna of the wasp Tetrastichus septen- trionalis Yang (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae) were observed with scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the antenna of T. septentrionalis is geniculate and composed of scape, pedicle and flagellum. The flagellum of female adult is composed of seven segments, and it is composed of eight segments in male. Seven types of sensilla were indentified in the wasp antenna, including B6hm bristles, sensilla trichodea ( I and ]] ), sensilla chaetica, sensilla placodea ( I and lI ), sensilla mammilliformia ( Ⅰ and Ⅱ), sensilla coeloconica and finger-like sensilla. The finger-like sensilla were observed only in female antenna. The numbers and types of female sensilla were more than those of male and there were sexual differences in the types. The observation results of ultrastructurc of T.septentrionalis antennal sensilla will provide morphological basis for further study on behavior of host selection.
