摘要
郑徐铁路客运专线开兰特大桥跨陇海铁路(70+125+70)m连续梁,设计采用先平行于既有铁路支架现浇123 m连续梁再转体合龙的施工方法,现浇连续梁距陇海铁路防护栏仅7.45 m。为解决紧邻既有铁路而无法吊装大模板的问题,设计了整体滑移模板装置。模板安装由吊车逐块拼装改为在连续梁端头支架上拼装,然后整体滑移到浇筑梁段位置。本文系统介绍了该整体模板滑移装置的结构特点和安装使用方法,该方法较好地解决了紧邻既有线支架现浇连续梁模板安装问题,保证了施工安全。
The Kailan super long bridge of Z hengzhou-X uzhou railway passenger dedicated line acrosses the( 70 +125 + 70) mcontinuous bridge of Longhai( Lanzhou- Lianyungang) railway. The construction method that the bridge should be parallel to the existing railway cast-in-place scaffolding continuous girder 123 m,then twist closure.The distance between cast-in-place scaffolding continuous girder to the railway fence is only 7. 45 m. In order to solve the problemthat the bridge was adjacented to existing lines and large formwork could not be lifted,the integral sliding formwork device was designed. Instead of the method that the formwork installation by crane per block assembled,the assembly was finished on the top of the continuous girder,then slipped to casting girder location as a whole. The structure features and installation ofintegral sliding formwork method were introduced in this paper,which well solved the formwork installation problemand ensured the construction safety.
