摘要
我国客货共线铁路中无砟轨道结构及配套扣件系统种类较多,各有不同的适用条件,然而,针对以货运为主运营条件(客车最大设计速度160 km/h、货车最大轴重25 t,预留发展27 t)的无砟轨道扣件系统,尚未进行过系统的研究与设计工作。本文针对以货运为主的刚性道床无砟轨道,研究设计了相应的扣件系统,并进行了扣件组装性能试验,同时对适用最小半径曲线地段的轨道结构稳定性进行了分析。试验及理论分析结果表明,扣件组装性能和横向承载能力均满足线路运营要求。
There are many different types of ballastless track structure and corresponding fastening systems in China,suitable for different situations. H owever,the fastening systems of ballastless track for the line mainly dedicated to freights( the maximumdesign speed of passenger train is 160 km/ h,and the maximumaxle load of freight train is 25 t( 27 t reserved for development)) has not yet been systematically studied. In this paper,the ballastless track on rigid roadbed was studied,being focused on its fastening systems. The fastener assembly performance test and the analysis of structural stability in the minimumradius curve section were carried out.Experimental and theoretical results showthat the performance of the fastener assembly and lateral resistant capacity meet operational requirements.
