摘要
基于UML方法,构建突发事件网络舆情信息流风险评价指标体系,可以实现评价指标体系中各指标因子的属性和行为的定量描述和操作。文章在述评相关研究成果的基础上,遵循评价指标构建的一般原则,依照建模语言UML规定的步骤,建立了突发事件网络舆情信息流风险评价指标体系。
Based on the method of UML, the construction of risk evaluation index system about information flow of network public opinion on emergency can realize the quantitative descriptions and operations of properties and behaviors about each index factor in the evaluation index system. On the basis of reviewing some relevant research results, this paper established a risk evaluation index system about information flow of network public opinion on emergency by following the general principles of evaluation index according to the steps provided by the modeling language UML.
