文章在分析图书馆与知识资源建设的契合性基础上,重点就大数据环境下知识资源建设的新特征、知识资源建设中的图书馆员角色与定位进行了分析,然后提出了知识资源建设中的图书馆员能力框架模型和基于动态能力培养的知识资源建设馆员培养教育策略。

The article introduces the relevance between libraries and knowledge resources, and the new features of knowledge library. The emphasis of this article is analyzing the role of librarians with the knowledge resources circumstance. Afterwards, it proposes the ability frame model of librarians in the knowledge library, and the education strategy to culture the knowledge librarian.
