广东省健康人群血液中34种金属元素含量及年龄差异分析

Determination and age difference analysis of 34 metal elements in blood from healthy population in Guangdong Province

目的分析广东省不同年龄健康人群血液中34种金属元素[锂（Li）、铍（Be）、硼（B）、镁（Mg）、铝（Al）、钙（Ca）、钛（Ti）、钒（V）、铬（Cr）、锰（Mn）、铁（Fe）、钴（Co）、镍（Ni）、铜（Cu）、锌（Zn）、镓（Ga）、砷（As）、硒（Se）、铷（Rb）、锶（Sr）、锆（Zr）、钼（Mo）、银（Ag）、镉（Cd）、锡（Sn）、锑（Sb）、铯（Cs）、钡（Ba）、金（Au）、汞（Hg）、铊（Tl）、铅（Pb）、钍（Th）、铀（U）]的含量水平,为评价广东省人群体内金属元素状况和指导微量元素的补充提供依据。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）对315例健康人血液进行检测,并对元素含量进行年龄差异分析。结果所测34种元素的线性关系均良好（相关系数r〉0.999 2）,方法的检出限为0.001-49.33μg/L,相对误差为0%-11.17%,相对标准偏差为0.76%-9.54%,其中有B、Mg、Ca、Ti、Fe、Cu、Zn、Se、Rb、Sr、Mo、Ag、Cd、Cs、Au、Hg、Pb、U共18种元素含量年龄差异有统计学意义。结论 ICP-MS法可行、有效,适用于血液样品中多元素ICP-MS的同时分析。部分金属元素含量因年龄有所不同,要根据不同年龄段的需求来合理控制元素的补充。

Objective To determine the contents of 34 metal elements（ Li,Be,B,Mg,Al,Ca,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ga,As,Se,Rb,Sr,Zr,Mo,Ag,Cd,Sn,Sb,Cs,Ba,Au,Hg,Tl,Pb,Th and U） in human blood from Guangdong Province,thus to provide evidence for evaluating the supplementary of trace elements.Methods A total of 315 blood samples from healthy population were collected for determination of 34 elements using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer（ ICP- MS）. The differences among 4 age groups were compared. Results The correlation coefficients were all good（ r 〉0. 999 2）,the limits of detection ranged from 0. 001 μg / L to 49. 33 μg / L,the accuracies ranged from 90. 78% to 111. 17%,and the RSD ranged from 0. 76% to 9. 54%. The levels of Mg,Ca,Ti,Fe,Cu,Zn,Rb,Sr,Mo,Ag,Cd,Cs,Au and Hg were correlated to age. Conclusion Fourteen metal elements in human blood of Guangdong Province have significant differences among 4 different age groups.
