糖皮质激素在社区获得性肺炎中的辅助治疗作用的研究进展被引量：4

摘要社区获得性肺炎（community-acquired pneumonia,CAP）是指在医院外罹患的感染性肺实质炎症,重症社区获得性肺炎（severe community-acquired pneumonia,SCAP）常合并呼吸窘迫症状、血流动力学不稳定,严重者需要机械通气支持、补充液体和血流动力学支持等。尽管自20世纪40年代以来,各种广谱抗菌药物不断问世。
