鸡骨草茎多糖含量测定

Determination of the Content of Polysaccharide Extract of Stems of Abrus cantoniensis

目的:提取鸡骨草茎中的多糖,并对其含量进行测定。方法:利用水提醇沉淀法提取多糖,用葡萄糖标准品绘制标准曲线,利用苯酚-硫酸法测定鸡骨草茎的多糖含量。结果:回归方程为:y=0.1175x-0.026 7,相关系数r=0.999 7,鸡骨草茎多糖含量为1.534%,平均回收率为98.16%,RSD=0.4623%(n=5)。结论:苯酚-硫酸法具有简单、快速、准确可靠等优点;提取鸡骨草茎的多糖并对其含量进行测定,为鸡骨草的进一步开发利用提供了依据。

Objective To extract polysaccharides from stems of Abrus cantoniensis and determine its con-tent. Methods ： Using water extraction and alcohol precipitation method to extract polysaccharide, drawingstandard curve with glucose sugar standard products, and using phenol -sulfuric acid method to deter-mine polysaccharide content of stems of Abrus cantoniensis. Results： regression equation： y = 0.117 5x -0. 026 7, correlation coefficient r = 0. 999 7, polysaccharide content of stems of Abrus cantoniensis is 1.534%, average recovery is 98. 16%, RSD = 0. 4623% （n = 5） . Conclusion： Phenol -sulfuric acidmethod is simple, fast, accurate, reliable polysaccharides from stems of Abrus cantoniensis were extrac-ted and determined, and the study provided scientific basis for further development and utilization ofstems of Abrus cantoniensis.
