摘要
木瓜苷是从药食两用植物木瓜中提取的苷类成分,研究表明木瓜苷具有良好的抗炎作用。木瓜苷除对多种炎症模型都有明确的防治作用外,还可抑制炎症相关诱导酶类的合成以及多种炎症介质的释放。在抗炎的分子机制方面,已有研究表明,以木瓜苷为主要抗炎成分的木瓜提取物可抑制佛波酯和钙离子载体诱导的ERK、p38和JNK的激活。
Glucosides of Chaenomeles speciosa is a kind of glycoside extracted from the medicinal andedible plants of Chaenomeles speciosa. Existing research shows that glucosides of Chaenomeles speciosahas beneficial effect on anti - inflammatory. In addition to the prevention and treatment of several kinds ofinflammation models clearly, glucosides of Chaenomeles speciosa are also related to inhibiting the synthe-sis of enzymes and the release of inflammatory mediators. In molecular mechanism of anti - inflammatory,the Chaenomeles sinensis extract with glucosides of Chaenomeles speciosa as the main anti - inflammatorycomponent can significantly suppress the activation of ERK,p38 and JNK induced by phorbol 12 - myris-tate 13 -acetate (PMA) and calcium ionophore(CaI) in HMC- 1 cells.
