摘要
为改善2CM2/4型旱作马铃薯微垄覆膜侧播机取土部件的工作性能,利用SolidWorks软件对取土部件的结构进行三维建模和对输土装置、覆膜后垄面建立分析模型并进行计算。试验结果表明,在取土铲前面安装抛送装置、对输土装置的边缘进行密封性设计和在环形输土皮带内安装土壤导出装置可以改善取土部件的工作性能,达到旱作马铃薯铺膜播种的农艺种植要求。
In order to improve the soil picker device performance of 2CM2/4arid potato lateral planter with micro-ridge and plastic film mulching,software of SolidWorks is used in building 3dmodeling of soil picker structure and conveyor device and ridge mulched analytical model were built and calculated.The result showed that mounting throwing device in front of soil picker shovel,designing edge sealing on conveyor device and installing soil out-guiding device in annular belt can improve the performance of soil picker and satisfy arid and semi-arid area potato planted agricultural cultivation requirement.
